We are seeking a dynamic Head of Strategic Partnerships to join our team.
The Head of Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing a team of Senior & Junior Business Development Managers, Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), while also managing their own accounts. As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our partnership strategy to drive growth and foster innovation. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our Business Partners, driving collaboration, and identifying new strategic commercial opportunities.
✨ Identify and pursue new enterprise business opportunities, including expanding our reach across verticals.
✨ Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
✨ Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
✨ Serve as the main point of contact for very strategic commercial partners, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive and productive partnership experience.
✨ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, act as the main point, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
✨ Line management responsibility for the Senior & Junior Business Development Managers, Account Executives, and SDR teams.
✨ Manage, mentor, and develop a strong commercial team.
✨ Run with own strategic client partnerships to achieve individual targets.
✨ Improve the Business Development process from prospecting to renewals across both teams to improve key metrics.
✨ Set targets, ensure CRM hygiene, and review team performance through 1:1s, daily/weekly stand-ups, and dashboards.
✨ Track performance against weekly targets, reporting on key KPIs and activities, and utilise fortnightly trading meetings to escalate issues.
✨ Collaborate with management to develop, improve, and embed commercial playbooks, scripts, and sales decks.
✨ Help to identify and implement new strategic commercial tactics and messaging, staying ahead of industry trends.
✨ Analyze commercial data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
✨ Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on commercial and strategic performance and team progress.
